You can load them as paths in the folder comparison and it will show them just like a local folder, with all the usual comparing/copying/editing commands. You can also tell it which extensions are zip files in the Options dialog, so you can skip the "unzipping" step when you're comparing packages. Jason, thanks for the Beyond Compare plug. :)
